IAG makes the finals in four categories at the 2018 ANZIIF Awards

IAG is in the running to win four categories at this year’s ANZIIF New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards.

As New Zealand marks 125 years of Women’s Suffrage, ANZIIF has announced that IAG is a finalist in the Women’s Employer of the Year at the 2018 ANZIIF Awards. Our entry reflects objectives such as ensuring that by 2020 50 percent of our senior leaders are women and eliminating gender pay differences for equivalent roles.

Matthew Botur is a finalist in Young Insurance Professional of the year. Matthew joined IAG in 2011 and he’s a team lead with Data, Business Information and Analytics, working out of Show Place in Christchurch. He was the 2017 ANZIIF scholar.

AMI and NZI are finalists in the Direct and Intermediated Insurance Company categories.

The awards will be announced at a black-tie event at SKYCITY Convention Centre in Auckland on November 29.

Last year IAG walked away with the Intermediated Insurance Company of the Year and Innovation of the Year awards for NZI and a Lifetime Achievement Awards for Karl Armstrong.
